Astros were founded in 2004 by Matt & Shawn Neubauer. The orgin of the team name came from the first Astros team who were graduates of Alan B. Shepard High School home of the Astros. Still the Astros have an majority of Shepard alumni. Astros played in the Worth Mens League until joining the Southside Wooden Bat League in 2009. |
